Welcome to Primetime Collective, A new era of youth basketball in Regina

We are beyond excited to officially introduce Primetime Collective to the Regina basketball community. As a first‑year club, we are building something special—from the ground up—and we want you to be part of it.

Our mission is simple: gather the best talent Regina has to offer and develop it into elite competitors. We’re not just looking for players; we’re building a collective of dedicated athletes, passionate families, and experienced coaches who share a common vision of excellence.

Taking the lead

Primetime Collective is Maurice Douglas, founder and head coach. Maurice brings over 15 years of coaching experience.

Born in Toronto, Ontario, in 2001, coaching the Little Raptors program—an experience that shaped his philosophy of player development and fundamentals. Most recently, Maurice spent three years with Hooplife, leading teams to the finals each and every season. That track record of success is now transitioning into a PrimeTime entity.

Maurice’s approach is about more than wins. It’s about building skilled, confident, and basketball‑smart athletes who understand the game at a high level. Under his leadership, Primetime Collective will emphasize

Recruiting the Best in Regina

As a new club, we are casting a wide net to find the top talent in Regina for U13 through U16 boys and girls. We know that this city has incredible athletes, and we want to give them a platform to compete at the highest level—not just locally, but across Canada.

Our tryout process is a two‑day combine designed to evaluate athleticism, skill, and basketball IQ. We’re looking for players who are ready to work, ready to learn, and ready to represent Primetime.
