A great basketball program is built by more than just coaches and players—it takes a community. That’s why we call ourselves a Collective. From the very first practice to the final tournament of the season, parents play an essential role in shaping our success.

As a parent, it can be difficult to know where to place your child and which program will truly help them develop into a stellar athlete capable of competing at a high level. We approach this responsibility with the utmost seriousness. We believe that not every program is right for every athlete, and more importantly, not every athlete is right for every program. Our primary goal is not simply to fill rosters, but to build a community of players who can truly thrive within our specific development system.

Primetime is not a program that accepts every applicant. We are committed to a meticulous evaluation process that uses measurable data—timed drills, athletic benchmarks, and statistical tracking—to gauge progress and player development. This period allows our coaching staff to carefully assess your child’s current abilities, coachability, learning style, and how they fit within our training methodology and team culture.

Why Parent Involvement Matters

Parent volunteers are the backbone of our operations—they handle logistics, organize events, and create the community atmosphere that makes Primetime feel like family.

We also know your time is valuable. That’s why we’ve created a variety of roles with different time commitments. Whether you can give a few hours a month or want to take on a leadership position, we’ll find a fit that works for you.

Whether you have years of experience leading organizations or simply want to help out at a game, there’s a place for you here. We invite you to become part of our Staff Collective and help us build something special for Regina’s youth athletes.
